Day Five Results

HAR Hockey Academy and Odisha Naval Tata Hockey High Performance Centre registered comfortable victories on day five of the 1st Hockey India Junior Women Academy National Championship 2021 in Bhubaneswar.

In Pool B, HAR Hockey Academy put up a solid display, defeating Tamil Nadu Hockey Academy 11 – 0. Disha (14’, 24’, 28’, 57’), Tannu (8’, 46’, 50’, 56’), Sakshi (15’), Captain Komal Rohilla (58’) and Dinika (50’) got on the score sheet for HAR Hockey Academy.

In Pool A, Odisha Naval Tata Hockey High Performance Centre earned a comprehensive 19 – 0 victory over Mumbai Schools Sports Association. Neha Lakra led the charge for her team, scoring 7 goals (22’, 25’, 27’, 29’, 40’, 45’, 51’), while Captain Jyoti Chhatri (18’, 28’), Dipimonika Toppo (2’, 5,), Nikita Toppo (12’, 41’), Kamla Singh (47’, 57’), Mary Kandulana (36’), Sunita Xaxa (42’), Mamata Kindo (48’) and Neha Toppo (50’) also got on the score sheet for Odisha Naval Tata Hockey High Performance Centre.

The Pool B match between Madhya Pradesh Hockey Academy & P.K.M. Hockey Academy was forfeited.

 

 

1st Hockey India Sub Junior Women Academy National Championship 2021

Day Five Results

SAI – Academy and Odisha Naval Tata Hockey High Performance Centre registered wins on day five of the 1st Hockey India Sub Junior Women Academy National Championship 2021 in Bhubaneswar.

SAI – Academy extended their winning run in the 1st Sub Junior Women Academy National Championship 2021 with a clinical 11-0 win over Mumbai Schools Sports Association in the first match of the day. Kirti (15′, 18′, 29′, 57′) bagged four goals while Mariyam Dhanwar (9′), Sunelita Toppo (10′), Priya (34′), Priyanka Toppo (35′), Tanuja Toppo (39′), Jamuna Ekka (42′) and Manju (53′) scored a goal each in what was their team’s third consecutive win of the tournament.

In the second and final match of the day, Odisha Naval Tata Hockey High Performance Centre beat Tamil Nadu Hockey Academy 11-0 to remain unbeaten in the league stage of the tournament. Asima Rout (2′, 43′, 54′, 60′) starred with four goals whereas Doli Bhoi (11′, 53′) and Captain Munmuni Das (25′, 55′) bagged a brace each in Pool B encounter. Sumi Mundari (18′), Elani Tuti (29′) and Supriya Kujur (44′) also contributed a goal each in their team’s yet another dominating victory of the tournament.
