Championship @ Mirnawan Cup (Men B17 & Women B14) 2022 at The Pearl Hotel Kuala Lumpur.
This first edition tournament will open the curtain on November 26 to December 02 2022 at Bukit Jalil National Hockey Stadium.
Symbolic introduction of the logo of the championship for the first time has been perfected by Dato’ Ahmad Shapawi Is, Director General of the National Sports Council (MSN) together with the Joint Chairman of the Technical Committee of NHDP, Prof. Given by Dr. S. Shamala and Mr. Safrushahar Mohd Yusoff.
Present together at today’s ceremony were the Chief of the Special Projects Branch, MSN Sports Development Division, Mr. Mohd Shukri Harun, and Assistant Director of Sports, Co-Curriculum and Arts Department of the Ministry of Education Malaysia (KPM), Dr. Izham Md Isa.
The tournament saw 8 teams in the men’s category and 7 teams in the women’s category in 2 different age levels of under 17 (boys) and 14 (girls).
