AHF Umpiring Workshop – Mental Factors: Improving Umpiring Performance – Mental Toughness & Anxiety
AHF has organized an online umpiring workshop for the Asian and African Umpires. The workshop will be conducted online on Tuesday – 13 April at 8 am (GMT), it will last around 4 hours.
Around 30 hockey umpires from all over Asia and Africa have been nominated to participate in this workshop.
FIH Academy Expert Mr Ged Curran will facilitate this workshop.
