AHF Online Education has successfully completed its coaching workshop hockey 5s today.
Coaches from Asia and Africa participated in this 1-Day coaching workshop. The workshop was conducted online today on 20 April 2021.
FIH Academy Experts Mr Tahir Zaman and Mr Lim facilitated the workshop.
The workshop provided detailed insight of following aspects of Hockey 5s:
- Hockey 5 start-up & revolution;
- Hockey 5 technical & Physical requirements;
- Rules and rules development with updates;
- Formations & tactical elements; and
- Hockey 5s compliment to Hockey 11 and the relevant aspects to total hockey
