The third match of the third day was played between Gilgit Baltistan and KPK. KPK easily defeated Gilgit Baltistan by 0-9. On behalf of KPK, Salahuddin, Samir and Nadeem scored two each, Jabran, Shah Fahad and Salman scored one each. Abdul Wali and Irfan Tahir performed the umpiring duties in this match. The reserve umpire was Abdul Qayyum. Khalid Munir was the technical officer while Muhammad Ali, Allah Dad, Yasir Lodhi performed the duties of the judges
The fourth match of the third day was played between Balochistan White and Punjab White. Which Punjab White won by 1-5. On behalf of Punjab White, Bilal Aslam scored a three-goal hat-trick while Waleed scored two goals. While the only goal was scored by Faridullah on behalf of Balochistan White. Reserve Empire Faisal Syam was 1st. The technical officer of the match was Allah Dad. While Sajid Khan, Haroon Saeed and Yasir Lodhi performed the duties of the judges
The chief guest on the third day was tournament director Olympian Nasir Ali. He was accompanied by Assistant Tournament Asif Khan, President of Balochistan Hockey Association Amjad Sati, Tournament Organizing Secretary and Secretary of Balochistan Hockey Association Syed Amin, Assistant Organizing Secretary Rehman Shah, Tournament Coordinator Shrafat Butt, Kamran Sabir, Empire Manager Rashid Mehmood Butt. Assistant Empire Manager Farid Ansari, Asghar Awan, Media Co-ordinator Waqas Sheikh and a large number of fans were present.
