Chief Guest at the inauguration ceremony was Mr Abdur Rashid Shikder – Senior Vice-President of Bangladesh Hockey Federation and Executive Member of Asian Hockey Federation and General Secretary of Usha Sports Circle and Chairman of Hockey Development Committee. Along with him, the Vice President of Bangladesh Hockey Federation Mr Sajed E Adel, Acting General Secretary Mr Yusuf and Joint General Secretary Kamrul Islam Kishmat and several other officials of the Hockey Federation were also present at the time.
