JAPAN vs THAILAND

The first match on the 5th day of the Donghae Women’s Asian Champions Trophy 2021 was played between Japan and Thailand. The match started at 1100 Korea Time.
Japan scored first goal on penalty stroke at the 13th minute of the match, the goal was scored by #11 Oikawa Shihori. The second goal came right after during the 16th minute. The penalty corner was scored by the Japan side #7 Suzuki Miyu.
Japan scored 3 field goals during the 3rd quarter of the game and one goal during the last quarter. Thailand on the other hand could not manage to score any goal against Japan.
KOREA vs CHINA
(3 – 2)
The second match of the 5th Day of the Donghae Women’s Asian Champions Trophy 2021 was played between Korea and China. The match started at 1315 Korea Time.
The match saw a tough competition. Korea handled the pressure pretty well and managed to get 2 goals in the last quarter of the match.
The first goal of the match was scored by Chinese Liu Hua during the 14th minute of the match. The match score was leveled by a goal in the second quarter during 26th minute of the game by Korea Kim Jiyun. There was no goal scored by either ide during the third quarter.
The match came to the decisive phase in the last quarter. It was a tough competition and thrilling match. In the last quarter, China scored a goal during the 48th minute of the match. Korea posed a good combination of defense and attack and managed to take away the match by scoring 2 goals at the 51st and 54th minutes of the match.
