Hero Asian Champions Trophy Dhaka 2021 will kick off tomorrow on 14 December 2021.
A splendid ceremony was held today on 13 December 2021 to open Hero Asian Champions Trophy Dhaka 2021. All the top officials from Asian Hockey Federation and Bangladesh Hockey Federation participated in the ceremony. Tournament trophy was displayed in the ceremony along with the team captains of all the participating teams. The ceremony was a perfect exhibition of the readiness of teams and the organizing bodies for Hero Asian Champions Trophy Dhaka 2021.

Chief Executive Asian Hockey Federation Dato’ Tayyab Ikram addressed the opening ceremony. He extended his gratitude to the host Bangladesh Hockey Federation. He welcomed all the the participating teams and the Asian Hockey Community to the mega event. He expressed his delight upon resumption of hockey and overcoming the pandemic challenge which had halted the hockey activity in Asia.
