The Ilam province team won the championship of the 13th edition of the country’s premier indoor hockey league, the “Parcham Cup”. In this tournament, which was held in Fatah Hall of Islamic Azad University, Science and Research Unit,
7 teams from 7 provinces competed, and in the end, the provincial team Ilam champion, Pishgaman Soldoz team of West Azerbaijan became the runner-up, and Gorgan Islamic Azad University team became the third in the tournament.
During the event the selection of the National team which will be participated in the 2023 World Cup in South Africa completed.
In the final ceremony of the competition, which was held in the presence of Dr.Bahram Ghadimi the I.R.I hockey federation president and other officials, Reza Nowruzzadeh from the Pishgaman Soldoz team of West Azerbaijan and Mustafa Poursaid from Ilam were jointly the Mr. Goal of the Tournament,
Mr .Sasan Hataminejad from the Ilam team was the declared best goalkeeper of the Tournament
Mr. Mohammad Karimi from Ilam was declared the best player of the tournament
Ali Ghorbani from Kermanshah Padideh Javan, and Mr. Golgoun and Taghizadeh were selected as the best judges of the tournament
