Japan Lifts Trophy in Women’s Asia Cup Muscat 2022

Japan beat Korea to win the Women’s Asia Cup Muscat 2022. Korea offered a good competition but Japan competed their way to lift the trophy. The final score of the match was 4-2 for Japan.

Earlier during the first match of the day and 19th match of the tournament, India beat China to win the 3rd position in the tournament. China offered a great resistance but the India pushed hard to get 2 goals, and the massive competition finally resulted in India winning the bronze.

The sensational competition in Women’s Asia Cup Muscat also produced dramatic ups and downs in the International Rankings of the competing Asian Teams.

It is important to mention that Japan, Korea, India and China with their step up to the semi-finals of the Women’s Asia Cup Muscat 2022 had automatically qualified for the FIH Women’s World Cup 2022.
