Kazakhstan Hockey Federation organized National Men and Women Indoor Hockey Championship in Taldykorgan. The mega national indoor hockey event lasted from 11 to 16 March.
5 men and 5 women regional teams participated in this championship.

Secretary-General of the Kazakhstan Hockey Federation Mr Serik Kalimbayev and President of Almati Region Hockey Association Mr Makhmoud contributed a great deal for this event. They honoured the event with their participation in the opening and closing ceremonies. They also conferred the deserving players and teams with prizes.
