Men’s FIH Pro League Standings as of October 2020

Back

After a six months break, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the 2020-21 FIH Hockey Pro League resumed play on September 22 with national teams from Germany and Belgium.

The Belgium men traveled to Düsseldorf for the first two matches of the season, playing on September 22 & 23. The visitors won the first game by 6-1 and Germany won the second match after finishing 1-1 and going to penalties. Belgium’s victory put them at the top of the table and Germany remain in 8th position, with four fewer matches played than the current first place holder.

In two weeks, the FIH Pro League returns with the much-anticipated confrontation of Great Britain and The Netherlands on October 27 & 29 in Amstelveen. And two days later Belgium returns to the pitch, this time as locals in Brussels, to play against Great Britain on October 31 & November 1st.

India, the only Asian team participating in the Men’s category, will be back next year on April 10 in an incredible match versus Argentina.
