Myanmar Hockey Federation celebrated Olympic Day on 23 June with a Youth Hockey tournament in Myanmar. According to the MHF, the activities that took place were to highlight the speed, strength, stamina, and skill required in the sport of hockey.
The theme of the event was to imbibe in the participants the sense that hockey is a sport of diplomacy, shows the standard of physical and mental aptitude of the respective country, shows the unity and discipline of the respective country and the true spirit of sportsmanship.
The AHF is proud of this initiative and hopes to see more of the same in the future from Myanmar Hockey Federation!
