Pakistan Hockey Federation celebrates Victory Day in Olympics 1984

The purpose of celebrating this day is to instil in the young players a sense of victory and dedication. “We must all work together for the promotion and development of the national game. Young players will have to follow in the footsteps of their seniors so that once again the green crescent flag flashes on hockey”, these views were expressed by the President of Pakistan Hockey Federation Brigadier Khalid Sajjad Khokhar at a function held on the occasion of the day of victory of 1984 Olympics.

President of Pakistan Hockey Federation Brigadier R Khalid Sajjad Khokhar along with MD / CEO Military Powers Major General (R) Asghar Nawaz celebrated the victory day of Pakistan Hockey in the 1984 Olympics as a memoir of Pakistan’s rich hockey legacy. Accompanying him on the occasion were former head coach National Hockey Team Saeed Khan International, Olympian Khalid Hameed, Senior Staff Officer President PHF Zahoor Janjua. Staff Officer Tariq Mir, Col. R. Mohsin Ali Khan, former Manager National Hockey Team were also present.
