On the direction of President Pakistan Hockey Federation Brigadier R Khalid Sajjad Khokhar, Secretary-General Olympian Muhammad Asif Bajwa distributed hockey shoes to the winning Punjab Hockey Team of U-16 National Hockey Championship held in Peshawar last month.
Manzoor Jr., Insaf Sports Cultural Wing President Iftikhar Elahi, Punjab Hockey Association Secretary Col R Asif Naz Khokhar, Associate Secretary Rai Usman Akbar, Coach Rana Zaheer Babar, Punjab Team Coach Mujahid Afzal were also present.
PHF Secretary-General Olympian Muhammad Asif Bajwa while appreciating the excellent performance of the Punjab Hockey Team in the U-16 National Championship said that: “If they continue to play with the same spirit then, by the will of God they will become part of the national hockey team and in the future will make their country proud.”
