General Secretary Zubair Jan, Director General Khel Dara Baloch, Shrafat Butt, Habibullah Kakar, International Jilani, Raja Zavalafiqar Ali, Adil Sati, Tournament Director Ejaz Anjum, Assistant Tournament Director Yasir Lodhi, Media Coordinator Bakhtiar Khan Raisani and other dignitaries were also present. The final match between the Balochistan Police Hockey Team and Barney Hockey Club was tied at the end of the allotted time. Saqib Yaz scored the only goal on behalf of Balochistan Police. Lal Muhammad scored a goal. Later, as a result of the shoot-outs, Balochistan Police won the Shaheed Nawab Ghous Bakhsh Raisani Ramadan Hockey League Tournament Quetta 2023 by 3-4. The umpires of the match were Muhammad Faisal Syam Baloch, Muhammad Jamal, while the reserve umpire was Muhammad Idris, while the judges were Yasir Lodhi, Abdul Ali Hatim and technical official Muhammad Ali Shahwani.
