Men’s SEA Games 2019:
Malaysia continues its good streak, winning over Singapore by 6-0 in an easy match that was already sealed by the end of the 1st half. The Malaysians now hold first place in the table with six points and by goal difference.
Meanwhile, Myanmar got its first victory against a weak Philippines by 3-1. Despite efforts from the host nation to put the match even during the 2nd half, Myanmar secured the game with the third goal, earning three points.
Women’s SEA Games 2019:
In today’s match, Cambodia suffered their first defeat against Thailand by 1-6. The Thai’s made all excellently executed field goals, while the Cambodians only scored was made during a penalty-corner by the end of the game. The winning team is now in 2nd place with six points by goal difference
Meanwhile, in an uneventful match, Singapore got its first three points with only one goal during the 1st Half against the Philippines, beating them 1-0. The host nation can’t keep it’s head up and digs deeply their way into the bottom of the table.
