The Asian Hockey Federation, in coordination with the Sri Lanka Hockey Federation, has released a ‘Special Pandemic Development Package’ for Sri Lanka.
The officials at the AHF discussed the needs and requirements with SLHF Secretary-General Mr. Sumith Edirisinghe, and President Mr. Vishvanathan Perumal. A detailed development plan was formed with their help and one of the first steps was to deliver the Special Pandemic Development Package to Sri Lanka Hockey Federation.
The Special Pandemic Development Package included hockey playing equipment like Composite Hockey Sticks, Hockey Balls, and Goalkeeper Sets among other things.
The AHF constantly strives to support it’s member National Associations and will continue to do so, even under the challenges presented by the pandemic situation.
