Umpire exchange with Thailand renewed; welcome back Phiraphat & Surachaet. This umpire exchange programs helps the local umpires in a way to gain the experience from international umpires. Its a good sportsmanship and in the spirit of the game that Phirapat and Surachaet will be assisting the local umpires and also building good relationship with them.
Phirapat has been previously on the exchange program in SHF-Thai umpires exchange program in 2018.
