According to details, the 55th National Senior Hockey Championship under the auspices of Pakistan Hockey Federation will be played at MPCL Astroturf Hockey Stadium, Ayub Park, Rawalpindi from today under the auspices of Mari Petroleum Company. President of Pakistan Hockey Federation Brigadier Khalid Sajjad Khokhar will be the chief guest at the inaugural function of the mega domestic event of the Pakistan Hockey Federation. Secretary-General PHF Olympian Muhammad Asif Bajwa, Chairman National Hockey Selection Committee Olympian Manzoor Jr., Members National Hockey Selection Committee Olympian Kaleemullah, Olympian Ayaz Mahmood, Olympian Khalid Hameed, Olympian Nasir Ali and Olympian Wasim Feroze, Tourman Director Syed Zahir Shah and event officials of Pakistan Hockey Federation will also be present.
On the first day of the event, the first match: Navy vs. Port Qasim at 9:00 am, the second match: Army vs. Police, the third match: WAPDA vs. Punjab at 1:00 pm, the fourth match: National Bank vs. Pakistan Air Force and the fifth match: Sui Southern Gas vs. It will be played between Mari Petroleum.
