Jakarta: Koji ‘Alexander’ Murofushi, Olympic Hammer Throw Champion (Gold Athens 2004, Bronze London 2012) made an appearance at the GBK Hockey Stadium during the 18th Asian Games 2018! The two-time Asian Games Gold Medalist (Bangkok 1998 and Busan 2002) took to the field with Chief Executive of the Asian Hockey Federation, Dato Tayyab Ikram, for a quick one-on-one session for the crowds.

Koji Muroshufi is considered to be one of the greatest Hammer Throwers in the history of the sport, winning 8 Gold Medal in international sporting competitions. Koji-san is currently the Chairman of the Olympic Council of Asia’s Athletes Commission. The OCA Athletes Commission is the sole body in Asia that, in collaboration with the International Olympic Council, assists, develops and facilitates Athletes in all aspects of their professional lives. Koji-san is the front-runner of these activities and has set-forth numerous initiatives to ensure the success of the Athlete.
