Women’s Junior AHF Cup 2022 – DAY 2

Considering the results of day 1, it was expected that some teams would get different results from the first day in this Women’s Junior AHF Cup 2022.

The first match of the day was played between Hong Kong China and Uzbekistan both teams had already participated in this competition, more precisely the Uzbek team participated in 2019 while HKC played it 4 times. Both teams came from losing the first match of the tournament, so we could expect an even game in relation to other teams that won with wide differences on the first day of the tournament.

The last match of the day was between Kazakhstan and Indonesia. The Kazakh team had just beaten Tajikistan by a wide margin while Indonesia had beaten Hong Kong China the day before.

The match was dominated mainly by the blue team, who came out looking for the match from the first minute of the game and managed to score their first goal from a penalty corner executed by BEISENBAY Balzhan. Although the players in white were trying to play their game, the superiority of BEIBITOV Nurzhan’s players could be seen, and they did not stop the pressure and wanted to go in search of more. In the 26th minute of the match, BISSIROVA Alina scored the second goal to make the lead 2-0.

It was only in the 50th minute that BEISENBAY Balzhan’s team managed to score the third goal of the match through LYAPINA Viktoriya to make it 3-0.

After 2 minutes, BISSIROVA Alina managed to extend the score even more to make it 4-0, while in the 55th minute of the match, BEISENBAY Balzhan, captain and standard bearer of this team, scored again from a penalty corner to close the final 5-0 that ended up giving the victory to the blue team.

For their part, the women in white had their chances to shorten the goal difference but were unable to score a single goal. Indonesia will face Uzbekistan on Saturday, October 15, while Kazakhstan will have a tough match against Chinese Taipei, which is first in the Women’s Junior AHF Cup 2022.

The best player of the match was LOBANOVA Viktoriya who was a key player in this match for her teammates to score and get another victory.
